Annie Mist Thorisdottir. CrossFit professional athlete from Reykjavik Iceland. She also trains and coaches in Crossfit Reykjavik, where she is the co-owner. Annie is the only woman to have ever won two CrossFit Games. She came in second place at the CrossFit Games of 2010 CrossFit Games and the 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir - an Icelander weightlifter, CrossFit participant and media star - is a CrossFit athletes from Iceland. She has gained fame for being the sole woman to ever win two CrossFit Games: in 2011 and 2012. Other accomplishments includes winning the Dubai Fitness competitions in 2013 and 2013. Annie was born and raised in Iceland, Reykjavik with her siblings and parents. Being a sports and exercising enthusiast since at an early age, Annie participated in various school games and also won numerous awards. Her first participation was time in 2009 at the CrossFit Games held in California, where she did extremely well. Annie Thorisdottir as of 2021, is age 31. Her height is about 5'7 and her weight approximately 67 kilograms. Annie was the first to start CrossFit in California, in 2009. She performed well during the first few matches. She finished amongst in the top 10 among over 70. She did not take home a championship and concluded the competition in 11th position. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. For CrossFit Games under the guidance of her coach Jami Tikkanen she finished in seconds place and won the silver medal same year. In the following year she took part with Jami Tikkanen in CrossFit Games and won them thanks to her outstanding performance. It was her first time as a woman to win CrossFit Games. Annie was again victorious at in the CrossFit Games in 2012 due to her impressive performance. It was her first time as a female athlete to win the two CrossFit Games at once. In 2014, she won a gold medal. And in 2021, she won a bronze. Annie works as a trainer and coach at Crossfit Reykjavik. It was her idea. With rising fame as an athlete Annie has appeared as a spokesperson of a variety of sports brands, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Renaissance Periodization Nuun Hydration Sidekicks Yerbae and many other. In addition, she has her own Youtube channel titled "Annie" and has more than 1000 viewers. It is the channel where she uploads videos about training diet, family life as well as travel.
